These terms establish the legal agreement for utilizing Irtiqa Hub's cloud-native SaaS systems, billing dashboards, and related web tools.
Usage Highlights
- Eligibility: Commercial organizations and registered business trade representatives.
- Service Uptime: Guaranteed 99.9% cloud-native database availability.
- Account Security: Keeping credentials confidential is the client's responsibility.
1. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to utilize our platforms (including POS tools, inventory trackers, and WhatsApp CRM messaging interfaces) in compliance with local commercial regulations and user privacy protocols.
2. Subscription Billing & Fees
All service subscriptions (monthly or yearly) are billed in advance. Renewal occurs automatically at the end of each billing interval unless cancelled through the user billing preferences panel.
3. Limitation of Liability
Irtiqa Hub will not be liable for indirect commercial damages, loss of business revenue, or data discrepancies resulting from user input errors or un-synchronized network operations.
