1. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to utilize our platforms (including POS tools, inventory trackers, and WhatsApp CRM messaging interfaces) in compliance with local commercial regulations and user privacy protocols.

2. Subscription Billing & Fees

All service subscriptions (monthly or yearly) are billed in advance. Renewal occurs automatically at the end of each billing interval unless cancelled through the user billing preferences panel.

3. Limitation of Liability

Irtiqa Hub will not be liable for indirect commercial damages, loss of business revenue, or data discrepancies resulting from user input errors or un-synchronized network operations.

Platform Usage Agreement & Service Level Commitments

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between your organization and Irtiqa Hub regarding your use of our proprietary cloud-native software suite, including but not limited to BillEase, Inventra, WhatsHub, TeamHub, CareerLift, and our array of free business calculators. By accessing our APIs, web applications, or mobile interfaces, you agree to comply with the operational frameworks and acceptable use policies outlined herein.

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to utilize our software strictly for your internal business operations. You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our applications, nor to utilize our platforms to facilitate any illegal activities, spam distributions (particularly regarding the WhatsHub automated messaging systems), or infrastructure abuse such as denial-of-service attacks.

Accountability, Uptime, and Fair Usage

Irtiqa Hub is committed to maintaining a robust, highly available infrastructure. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we provide the service on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without absolute warranties against localized network disruptions or scheduled maintenance windows. In the event of scheduled downtime for database migrations or major version upgrades, we will provide all tenant administrators with a minimum 48-hour advance notice via email and dashboard alerts.

Our subscription tiers are subject to Fair Usage Policies regarding API call volume, data storage limits, and outbound message limits to prevent infrastructure monopolization by a single tenant. Should your organization consistently exceed these thresholds, our account management team will contact you to discuss upgrading to a dedicated enterprise infrastructure node tailored to your high-volume requirements.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that actively violate these terms, particularly concerning the transmission of malicious payloads or violation of third-party intellectual property. Please review these terms periodically, as continued use of our ecosystem signifies your ongoing acceptance of our operational guidelines and software service agreements.
